How do I thread my Jones 461 sewing machine?

could someone please email me a instruction manual for the 461 machine please, as have lost mine. thanks.

Presser foot up, reel of thread on the reel pin, take the thread to the left and over the guide above the tension unit, straight down between the tension discs to the next guide, round the guide and back up the left side to the takeup lever, make sure the takeup lever is at the top, through the takeup lever right to left and then follow the guides all the way down to the needle. thread needle front to back.
