Mend Left Sewing Machine

The handwheel on my left is sewing machine won't turn ?

The handwheel won't move so I can't lift foot and thread needle there is power getting to the machine.

could be lots of things but first i will check for dirt/cotton stuck in hook drive ,if thats clean you gonna have to try and find the seized part and hopefully with lots of patience and penetrating oil get it loose,if not save yourself a hefty bill and find a good techno
