Staples SPL-1506X shredder?

Staples SPL-1506X shredder?
My shredder does the same thing. I emptied the bin and now all it does is click when I start to feed paper. I cleaned out and still does it. What Can I do.

mine does the same thing. I hit it on both sides and it started to work for awhile. Shut it off, retarted it and again the same thing happens, you put the paper in, it clicks and thats it. I think it has something to do with the relay on the board and there nothing likley that can be done about that.
