i am trying 2 fix the ignition switch on my 1995 corsa. I?

i am trying 2 fix my ignition switch on my 1995 corsa. I have purt everything back the way it should be but there is 2 silver forks that keep falling off were do the go. when i put them on the car starts but then cuts off cause they have fell off
