Mend Vauxhall Corsa A Handbrake Light Warning

ignition+ handbrake lights on ,1.5D corsa arizona 1996?

hi the ign light and handbrake warning lights both come on and stay on when the engine is running. there are no problems with the engine i have checked the obivous ie fan belt, fluid level, handbrake switch, alternator, all ok. i can not see a link between these two lights. can you please help regards steve.

the problem could be a relay that is located inside the car behind the trim on the drivers side next to the bonnet release handle there is a black yellow and green relay try the black 1 first
