Mend Worcester Bosch Greenstar 28i Junior Boiler Flashing Blue Light

hot water & heating?

I have a new boiler installed just 3 years ago [greenstar 28i Junior], until 3 days ago, flashing blue light came on and now the whole boiler just won't functions- i.e I have no hot water and no heating. please help

check the condenshion pipe out side could be frozen up we have had a lot this week. Boille the kettel and pour it over the pipe.

Re-set boiler by holding blue button for 30 second and if still problem than there is some function faulty
follow manual or get expert
