Mend Worcester Bosch Greenstar CDI Boiler Flashing

Blue light flashing on Greenstar CDI boiler?

The blue light is flashing on my Greenstar CDI boiler but pressing the reset button only works for a short time. I emptied the water from a pipe under the boiler but that hasnt done anything. The pipes are not frozen and the drains not blocked. Any ideas?re

Could be pcb or fan pcb, need to know the 'flash sequence' and test pcb ports with a multi meter to diagnose first.
