remember to reset boiler after you have defroze pipe by holding the reset button untill it resets the system !

yes your condesor pipe has frozen , you need to locate the black 3" pipe on the out side of your building (should go into the ground) you will find the water has froze inside the pipe and need to pur hot water over the black pipe from as high up it you can reach untill it melts ! common problem on these condensors, mine done the same last year and ive lagged it with pipe lagging ready for this years freeze !
dont using boiling water tho 1 for personal safety 2 it may split the plastic pipe worse shatter it ! waters got to hot enough to melt ice tho !
