no heat or hot water on greenstar30 cdi, no fault code but will not reset. flame light not lighting rapid flashing of blue light

this is going to be difficult to diagnose because if we are talking about the same boiler then i find it difficult to understand how it can go into lockout without displaying a corresponding fault code as described in detail in the installation manual and also the service booklet for engineers
in the absence of any further information you have no option but to call a competant gas engineer
