How do i fix my brakes?

I have a vauxhall combo van and my rear brakes have locked on the wheels, how do i unlock them

do you mean that the handbrake didnt release shoes when it was released! if so then sometimes you can release them by getting a large hammer and give a good whack to wheel on raised part between studs and holes in wheel strike towards axle.MAKE SURE THAT ITS IN GEAR,WHEELS CHOCKED AND PREFERABLY GET SOME ONE TO SIT IN VEHICLE TO PUT BRAKES ON WHEN IT RELEASES SO IT DOSENT RUN AWAY.this is a common problem on this van.
