I have a 1999 Ford Focus. We had a problem with the central locking last year when the nearside rear passenger door was permenantly locked and the cental locking was not working so we had to unlock the doors manually. The garage managed to open the rear door but we still had to unlock manually. We fitted a fuse about a month ago and it started to work ok until last week when once again the same thing happened. It was put in for it's MOT and naturally failed. I am being told by my garage that they cannot get into the rear door to get to the lock and will maybe have to break the door from inside and break the lock or make a hole in the outside of the door and fit a new one. Is there anyother way around this.
If its double locked no.only hours of messing about power probing the lume threw the pillar might get it unlocked but might not, allways woth a bash, then put a new latch in,
