Belt Installation?

The easiest way to replace the deck belt it to remove the deck. Remove the 4 hitch pins on the deck lift, 2 hitch pins on the front link, 1 hitch pin on the back link and 1 hitch pin on the spring attached to the blade brake cable. Then slide the deck forward and slip the belt off the engine pulley. Slide the deck out from under the tractor and remove the old belt. Put the new belt on follow the picture on the deck, and make sure the blade brake levers are on the outside of the belt. Reinstall the deck.
