Mend Electra E6814 Washing Machine Blockages Cycle

Machine not emptying and will not spin?

I have an Electra E6814 - when last used it stopped about one hour into a two hour cycle (the electrics tripped - not sure if this was caused by the machine). It will not empty water - I have checked the filter and have checked the hose to see if there are any blockages and can't see anything.
