how can i access the filter on the Electra 1000 electronic ecowasher?

My 'Electra 1000 Electronic Ecowasher with an aqua saver' won't go into the washcycle at all, after ahving refused to drain for a couple fo times now.

I think it's probably just a blocked filter but can't work otu how to access the filter. Any advice?
