How can I fix the rollers under the heat shoes on my Laminex laminator?

The rollers underneath the heat shoes won't turn. The back rollers are turning well.
Make is Laminex MiniKote School & Office Laminator, 25".

Some laminex machines left the factory with undersized shafts the sprockets fit on. Adding a second allen screw ends this problem forever:) the sprocket is locked tight so it cant wobble and loosen the screw

The set screws, in the chain sprocket on the front and rear pull rollers, often work themselves loose. Use an Allen wrench/hex key to tighten. We repair laminators for approximately 140 schools. We've seen that problem MANY times on that type machine
