Mend Hotpoint TD40 Aquarius Turning

how can i fix my hotpoint aquarius TD40,drum not turning?

The drum has stopped going around when it has washing inside, we had a problem a few months ago with a loose fan but that seems to be in place and when you turn drum with your hand the fan goes round, but wont tumble dry it just makes noise and then starts to over heat
