Mend Hotpoint CTD40 Turning Stopped Going

how can i fix my hotpoint aquarius CTD40,drum not turning?

The drum has stopped going around when it has washing inside, we had a problem a few months ago with a loose fan but that seems to be in place and when you turn drum with your hand the fan goes round, but wont tumble dry it just makes noise and then starts to over heat

Same problem, just opened the bottom and noticed the belt feeder is made of plastic and slightly broken and wobbling, which made the belt come off it. Replacing the feeder will be a bit trickier though
