Mend Advent 5312 Startup Restart Problem

advent 5312 wont work?

my advent 5312 is just over 1yr old, it wont start up the power light comes on then it switches itself straight off and tries to restart itself can anyone help

next time it shuts down tap f8 key till u see a list one of which will be SAFEMODE, click on safemode, and allow to boot, then use system restore to take ur puter back to a date a few days b4 prob occurred, this shud hopefully solve ur prob, if it fails request further info on here.
