Mend Advent T9317 Problem Starting Up

Problem Starting UP?

When I turn on my Advent T9317 all I get is page full of numbers, a clicking noise and message- Boot from CD. When I bought it I had no CD to Boot it up. I have tried using the F numbers and all it does is open the BIOS page. I do not want to buy a CD-Rom because I only use it as a back up. Thankyou.
