startup problem packard bell?

when i turn my computer on screen goes to packard bell and then blank and then back to packard bell how do i restart computer

Try a system restore using the built in recovery or from CD media. (consult manual) It could be a faulty hard drive if that fails to fix it.

Remember the restore will wipe all data of the drive - if it is'nt already lost from the faulty suspected hard drive
