Mend Hotpoint Aquarius Drum Pump Noise

hotpoint aquarius drum problem?

hotpoint aquarius fills with water okay drum ,does not turn and water pumps away okay the belt seems okay but open the door and spin the drum by hand it turns with a very slight rubbing noise any ideas
