Mend Aquatron Shower Water Head Hose

Aquatron shower - water from overflow as well as shower head?

My Aquatron shower has started running water from the small overflow? pipe next to the shower hose connector. Water still comes out of the rose but at lower pressure. Is it safe to use or is there a problem?

this is the pressure relief device and needs replaced because it will drain the water tank. This could cause the elements to burn the water tank so I wouldn't say it is safe to use. You should check why it has operated (poor hose condition, poor showerhead condition, blockage in system) and fix that, then get a new spare part pressure relief device and have it replaced.
