Mend Mira Water Pressure Fitted

How can I adjust the water pressure on my recently fiited shower head and h?

I have just fitted a replacement shower hose and head but the water pressure is not as powerful now. It is a mira shower head and hose. The head has a massage setting similar to my previous one but when selected spurts water intermitantly as if the water pressure was being turned off and on. Can anyone offer some advice?

Had this type of setting before but the water didn't stop, start, stop, start as if being turned on and off like a tap. Checked the shower head and everything is the same in terms of holes???

the holes in the new head are probably bigger or there are more of them therefore the water pressure is reduced the massage is probably a pulse jet and is meant to do this
