my aquatronic 2+ won't turn on?

Don't think this smart , but if you just moved in most showers are electrically fitted with a spur switch to isolate the power during maintenence and i've been called to showers where unknown to the customer they've hit this switch and isolated the shower. try look in the immediate area for a switch looks like a light switch with a little pull out section where the fuse would be . HOPE THIS WORKS
