what f key will get into system restore on a dell mini 10. nothing else is ?

i have a virus and cannot get wireless or anything. system restore does not work from safe mode or command prompt!! HELP!

It may not have a System Restore. So do, some don't. Why not just get rid of the virus? Having said that, that is an odd virus that attacks your WiFi. Are you even sure that it is a virus?
