Mend Wont Turn Off

headlights wont turn off?

i have to disconnect the battery every time i turn off the van as the headlights wont turn off does anyone know how i can fix this?

its an opel vivaro 1.9 tdi, year 2002.

It sounds like you have a relay failed in the energised position, but without the make/model/year can't help any further
