dispatch wont start?

engine seems to start when it feels like ive removed starter and bench checked,seems fine.when i try to start engine first notch on key battery and glo plug lights come on next turn battery light goes off but glo plug light stays on then on final turn nothig happens engine appears dead.Ther is power to the starter solenoid thanks in advance
