Mend Craftsman 12-inch band saw Drive Motor Wheel

BELT COMING OFF TRACK?

The drive belt from the motor on my 12-inch Craftsman band saw came off the lower wheel, and I can't get it to stay, even as I manually turn the wheel.I assume one of the mounts (lower wheel, or motor) must be out of whack. I have used it for years,and fixed other problems. Can someone point me in the right direction?
