how to replace a motor jockey pully on a tumble dryer?
I have a zanussi TC7103W condensing dryer, there is a knocking and burning smell when the drum turns. I have taken the side off and i think the jockey wheel fixed to the motor is broken and is making the drive belt rub (burning smell). how do you replace the pully?
take the plastic cover off the rear most fan.take the circlip off the shaft that holds the tensioner wheel.slide the tensioner wheel off the shaft.You might have to release the plastic fan a bit (not sure)?.refit new one in reverse
