Mend Pioneer P28 Start Find Runs

how can i fix my Pioneer P28 chainsaw it's hard to start?

I find at times my chainsaw runs pretty good but when I shut it off and try to restart its hard to start where the pull cord is pulled out of my hand. When it does run it runs good no backfire or hesitation.

If there is no decompression button on the cylinder head, trap it down with your foot as you start it, and pull the cord very smartly.
