Mend Worcester 350 Water Luke Warm

Worcester 350 water luke warm?

Recently changed main PCB now water luke warm CH okay. Demand light does not indicate. Checked circuits as per fault find but not solved problem. Water runs hot to start with but then luke warm. Any ideas?
