tv works off and on sometimes when you switch on screen lights up other times it will not in the right light you can see picture but because back light has not come on it looks as screen is not working ,is this a fix that could be done easy ,told it may be dry solder joint or lose connector thanks

I have same problem after 18 months. I'm going to try returning for repair as it is 'not of satisfactory quality' according to the sale of goods act 1979

I don't have an answer but I have twice had to return the same TV with similar problems. As it was under warranty both time, they just changed it. However, I now have the same problem again so this seems to be a with another had to return - third time unlucky. Just about to take it back but this time it is out of warranty so we will see what happens.
