My Proline JV427A Plasma TV wont switch on occasionally/timeously?

My Plasma TV switches on after numerous attempts and at times after 8 to 10 hours. It also switches itself on and off occassionally.

Check the capacitors my friend, probably bulged or black stuff leaking from top. Replacement normally does the trick.
