Mend Philips RR2741 Tv Model Plugged

How can I fix Phillips Magnavox TV Model # RR2741?

We went to turn on with remote and it wouldn't turn on. We went to turn on manually and wouldn't turn on. We unplugged it and plugged it back in and it worked. This happened 3 or 4 times. It came on once during the night without any prompting. There was a burn smell and now it won't work at all. Not sure if it is a switch or electronic panel. Where can I find one or where to order one?
