Clothes getting caught in dryer?

How can I prevent my clothes from getting caught in my GE NVL333 dryer? They are catching in the inside rim around the door and are ruined. It twists the clothing around and tears it.

Check the glides that the drum rides on. If these are worn it will create a gap between the drum and the cabinet and clothes can get stuck in there.
