Mend Fisher & Paykel 051 Rinse Lights

fisher and paykel gets stuck on rinse phase, all lights on console go?

fisher and paykel smartdrive 051 gets stuck on rinse phase. the machines is full of water and gets stuck - just makes a buzzing sound a eventually a beep every so often. Can someone tell me what I can do please?

Buzzing sound is the drain pump trying to spin the water out. You have a blockage. Bail water out by hand until you can tip machine back against the wall & look under front right hand corner to locate drain pump. Sometimes turning the pump by hand will move the obstruction away & allow pump to start. If not then the pump will have to be removed from machine to get at the obstruction.
