Fisher and Paykel Excellence lights are on but nobodys home( does nothing?

Power is on. Settings can change but absolutely nothing happend. Doesn't fill. I added water to see if it would kick into wash mode nothing. I advanced to rinse to see if anything.... still nothing please advise

Sounds like the lid switch has failed. It thinks the lid is open. Only way to fix is replace the lid reed switch.
