Mend Jaguar Central Heating Fault Pressure

how can i fix my jaguar boiler?

when tring to turn my central heating on nothing happened. I noticed that the pressure had droped to 0.2 and was recommended to be around 1.5. when trying to increase the pressure using the filling loop nothing happend. after turning the all the valves different ways still nothing happens and the boiler just reads fo which is a pressure fault. Is the problem with my filling loop or the boiler.Can anyone help me thanks.

not sure how the filling loop system works on this boiler you need to read manual all i can say is i have only ever lots of trouble getting any info from manufacturers
