The complete answer to stopping all the leaks is to completely remove the outer skin. You will find the leaks coming from the guide roller screws for the upper tray. The seals on the inside become brittle and crack. You'll see the water trail on the outer of the stainless shell. Remove the screws (you'll need an appropriate torx driver)and apply some non acetic cure silicone and replace. Now remove all the self tapping screws which secure the front door seal retainer (black plastic), clean it and apply some silicone sealer to its outer edge and refit, tightening all the screws so that the silicone squeezes out a bit. Next unscrew the water inlet nozzle and clean the rubber oring. Apply some silicone to both sides and refit. Screw it on fairly tightly but don't overtighten or you'll strip the thread. The pump assembly oring should also be cleaned or replaced. Remove the filter assembly and bottom spray arm and riser. Undo the four screws and lower the pump assy. Remove the oring and clean it and all the mating surfaces. Slot it back onto the edge of the stainless shell opening and lift the pump assy into place. Whilst holding it in place the filter assy into place inside the dishwasher and replace the four screws. Tighten to compress the seal. It should not leak at all now.

I just replaced both door seals on my silencio 850 and it still leaked, then i noticed that the upper seal housing ( black plastic ) has come away from the stainless steele interior in the top upper corner so water is leaking past the seal housing and down the side of the door to the floor. Some good water sealant ( bathroom sealant ) between the seal housing and the stainless will fix it.

I also have the exact same problem. It appears to be leaking from the bottom left hand corner (front).

We have exactly the same problem so if anyone can help we would appreciate it. Dishwasher bought July 2003 leaked since installation in January 2004. Warranty unable to be utilised as we are in a country that does not have a service agent.
