Mend Canon GP 215 Power Green Led

Canon GP 215 Power Supply?

My Canon GP 215 has the Green Power LED glowing when the Power Switch is turned on. Other than the Power LED glowing, I do not see anything happening. The display appears blank and not lit up. The machine does not make any sound of initialization. On opening the rear cover, I saw that a small yellow LED keeps blinking at random when the power supply is turned on. I think this started ever since the power supply went up from 115 V to 135 V at my place. Could anybody please help me locate the problem?

Well, after replacing the IP board, the problem got fixed. I however am trying to find a way to reset the software in the IP board. If anybody could help, I would be ever grateful.
