Mend Vokera Boiler Fault

I have a fault with a new vokera compact 28?

I just fitted the boiler then after approx 1 hr the boiler went to lock out . After I reset it the green led blinked twice then straight to lockout again , no power getting to the fan or pump . I spoke to the vokera technical department who said it sounded like a ch thermistor fault , is that common on a new boiler ?
