Mend Fisher & Paykel GW608K Power Turned Start

How can I fix my washing machine,Fisher & paykel,GW608K?

When my washing machine is pluged into an electrical socket and the power turned on it tries to start draining without the power button on the control panel even being turned on. After a few minuites the short wash LED (green) and the rinse LED (yellow) lights up and machine keeps beeping.This is with an empty machine.

If there is no water in the machine then the main control board is faulty and will have to be replaced.
