unarmed alarm activated without being armed would not accept my reset number could only reset by turning off mains supply.when system as mains resupplied control pad appears to be locked out, tamper light ,lit

tamper such a problem check the lid is on proper and there is a tamper spring in the main box check that hasnt fallen off
