Mend Veritas R8 Alarm Activated Sound

Veritas R8 Alarm system not responding following a power cut?

Alarm system activated by a power cut, sound eventually silenced itself however strobe light continues to flash. Reset not responding and Strobe continues to flash How do I get the system working again?
