Mend Humax PVR-9200T Set Recording Box

humax pvr-9200t?

although it looks like programmes are set to record, when checking recording disc is empty with programmes still in "set to record box" also all recorded programmes are deleted. have tried resetting to default, unplugging aerial and turning power off, all to no avail. getting desperate now!
