Hi
My human box doesn’t respond to the remote, except to turn on. Tried new batteries and a new remote, it seems to work intermittently, sometimes I can change channels once but that’s it after that the box doesn’t respond to the remote at all. Other times it doesn’t even respond once.
Any idea what could be wrong?
