how can i reset my accenta 8 alarm?

accenta 8 alarm.got a tamper red light on the display pannel but no green day light,and can not reset the system.

Standard method to reset to full factory set conditions Power down the panel, remove any connections in "Set Output" terminal and PA Imnput terminal fit a shorting link between these terminals power up, wait for alarm to start, power down remove shorting link and refirt original wiring, power back up code will now 1234
