scantronic 9200 home alarm?

I have a faulty 9210 scantronic alarm which had a faulty remote 9220 keypad-I bought a new keypad, same model replaced it powered up ,I now have green power light, red day light, but zone 1 and zone 2 are showing red, new batt fitted
I can change access code ok, done return to factory defaults as far as refit nvm chip and stopped there ,but sys wont arm . any advice would be great
