No power light showing on ?

Hi Have a intellisense 800 l+ Electricty went off setting alarm off when power returned on we have power to control panel but the red and green power buttons don't light up the numbers light up when pressed but can't set alarm have took fuse out and replaced to reset but still no luck any ideas or do I need a new panel
