Mend Main Battery Fault

What make of alarm?

Hi, our new home has this alarm and it don't say what it is on either the main box or keypad.The keypad has green screen and displays the words battery fault and 2010 date.It don't do anything when I press any of the buttons,I've looked around the house and it has only 3 infra red sensors that light up red when they see me.there's no instructions for it so I don't know what manual to order.please help.

Yes but it could be unbranded system for obvious reasons,

Describe the keypad or post picture on pro site.

There will be some sort of label or marking.

A green screen gives us a choice of say 100 to guess at.
If absolutely nothing, then the shape and colour will help.
